Wondering who we are and how this service works? Well, here are some answers!
Why are we sharing this information?
We love to travel and we love people who travel.
Why not pay it forward?!? We’ve gone on so many epic trips and have made amazing memories with our family. It brings us joy to help you, your family, and your friends have the same types of experiences.
We can’t go on all the flights we find, but we don’t want these deals to go to waste. So we share them with you.
Who are we?
We are a family who lives in Metro-Detroit and loves to travel
We have gotten very good at finding cheap flights flying out of Detroit (DTW) and nearby airports like Lansing, Midland, Flint, and Windsor.
How good have we gotten? We usually find flights that are at least 50% lower that typical prices and up to 70% off flights deals. The best of the best deals are 85% off but those are rare.
How do we find these deals?
The same way you would. We scour the flight website and look for the best deals we can find. Nothing special, just a lot of persistence, time, and dedication.
Admittedly, experience helps. If we see something that we know is a great deal make a quick and decisive move on it.
These deals don’t usually last long. Typically they last a few days, but sometimes they last only a couple hours.
These deals are usually cause by unexpectedly underhooked flight and the airlines need to fill seats. The airlines do this by dropping prices until they get over a threshold then they raise the back up prices again after that threshold has been met.
They are also sometimes cause by one new airline running specials in a region or route, and driving the overall prices down.
Rarely, it is a technical glitch… but it does happen sometimes.
What are we providing in our service?
First of all, we are not selling you flights. We are just sharing information about flights so that you can book them yourself.
We offer a newsletter with an amazing flight deal almost every day. Usually, send out 5-6 emails / posts a week.
We share information about the location, flight, airline, and where how to book in our emails / posts. It looks like this:

What happens if I want to book and I click that button?
Its a link to Google Flights that will offer you different options about how to book the ticket.
You can typically book directly through the airline or through another service like Expedia, Priceline or Orbitz.
You will see a screen on Google Flights that looks something like this:

What happens if I click continue?
It will take you to the airline website where you can fill in you info so that you can book the ticket. It will look something like this:
